Serenity (aka Shamatha) Meditation
Learn how to apply the mental powers of mindfulness, introspection, and meta-awareness to train your concentration - the ability to rest single-pointedly on an object of your wish, without distraction or dullness, and with a deep sense of executive control and immersive joy.
We're teaching this topic based on the Serenity section of the Great Treatise to the Stages of the Path to Enlightment (Vol. 3) by Tsongkhapa.
